Filming Check List
Re-booking the equiptment
We had to Re-book the equipment for the following week which was on the 16th of January and just hoped that the weather conditions would get better so that we can start filming our drama.
Cancellation of Filming due to snow
Due to the severe icy and snow conditions the filming had to be cancelled as it was dangerous and as a group we felt that it wouldn't be appropriate if we filmed in these conditions.
Creating a Company logo "FOR"

This is the finalised logo for our company. The "FOR" stands for, Face of Reality which is the series name for our crime drama.
Booking of equiptment
As a group we feel that we are now ready to start filming and so we have decided that we are going to do so straight after the Christmas Holidays and have booked out all of the equipment for then.
Cast for our Crime Drama is;
- We have 4 main characters.
- Shaistah’s friend will play the DCI
- Shaistah will play the murdered girl
- Hamzah will play the killer
- Hamzah's friend Rizzy will play the Pathologist that pockets the piece of evidence.
Although there’s only 4 main characters we will also possibly have another 2/3 people to play as the DCI.
Deciding on the series and episode name
After alot of thought and talking to people as a group we have finally come up a suitable series name and also a episode name that the whole group agrees on.
The Series name that we came up with is "Face of Reality", and the episode name that we came up with is "Silent Murder".

Linked production- Research and examples that looked at
My first idea of my linked production was to do a script but then I changed this and decided that I wanted to do a DVD cover for the series of "Face Of Reality".
I have looked at a number of examples of DVD covers on the Internet which has given me an rough idea of what my DVD needs to look like and what it needs to include in it.
This was the first example that i looked at on Google, and found the information on the back of the cover really relevant as it gave me an idea of the types of logos that I need to include in my DVD cover.
The second example that I looked at is this one on the left. I really found this useful as I liked the way the image of the women is so dominant on the front cover. I though thta this would go down really well with my crime dram.
This is the last example that I looked at, I really liked the colour's that are used in this DVD cover. By looking at this I made my decision that i want to use the colours red and black in my DVD cover as i find them really catchy.
